The Masters Team is our team for all the adults, or the kids who are not competing on our Juniors Team. The team is primarily a recreational team, with small groups of members training to compete in local races. There is no designated coach for the masters team, rather, the more experienced rowers give advice to other rowers who need to work on parts of their technique. Dues for the team are $200 a year for a person to have access to the sculling boats, or $300 for a person to have access to the sweep and sculling boats. Family dues are $100 more and cover everyone in that immediate family (dues for the Junior Team are separate). It is also expected that the individual or family donates 24 hours of service to the Association through events and work parties. Dues for College rowers on summer break and Coxswains are unique and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
